Aishah Kenton receives EASS Award from Goulburn Regional Art Gallery

Aishah Kenton has been awarded the Emerging Art Support Scheme (EASS) Award from Goulburn Regional Art Gallery for her exhibition ‘To Whom it May Concern’. The award was presented last night at the opening of the 2018 ANU School of Art and Design graduation exhibition and includes a cash prize and solo exhibition in the 2019/20 Snapshot exhibition program at the Goulburn Regional Art Gallery.

The exhibition is the final presentation of work for Aishah’s undergraduate degree in Photomedia at the Australian National University and includes three handmade concertina artist books, gelatin silver prints, archival pigment prints, polaroids and postcards.

Aishah made a limited edition run of signed postcards for the show, which are now no longer available.
